Monthly Archives: March 2011

I’ve been working a lot lately, but not much on clients work per-say. I’ve been tidying up my archives, creating proofing books of all my delivered work to date and updating some of my samples and working on new ideas too. So, it was really great to walk up to a client door and spend a couple of hours with a family again. I have a very busy year ahead of me and it’s all going to start getting busy again from now. I have 8 shoots planned for April and a trip to the beautiful Whitehall Farm again for the Spring Season and to see all the lambs that have been born lately.

Here is the gorgeous little boy that I had the pleasure of spending time with. Last time you saw him was for his newborn session. He has the most adorable big blue eyes that match his older brother (the beautiful Siamese pictured below). Thanks for letting me play, sing you songs and take some lovely pictures of you. Looking forward to seeing you again later in the year.

Mummy, you’re so funny!

The older brother:

I had the pleasure of taking photos at a wedding in Thun yesterday for Vicky and Chris. I was worried that I was going to be really late after spending over an hour sitting in traffic on the way over there, but fortunately (for not just me) the bride was running fashionably late – allowing both me to get everything together and also allow for a few more special guests to arrive from the train station too!

It was all worth it though – Vicky really looked like a princess and just radiated joy and happiness all day. I must say though, that the little flower girls were close behind looking super gorgeous too. It was a very beautiful wedding at the stunning Schloss Schadau. An amazing location for an amazing couple and a super fun wedding party. I left just before midnight when the karaoke has just got itself started and the bar was open until 3am! I’m sure there are some sore heads this morning. Everyone will have happy tummies though as the food was just superb. This couple have some very talented friends that contributed by making the gorgeous cake and organising the amazing flowers.

All the best for your married life together. Thanks so much for having me join in the fun and take your photos for you. I hope you have an amazing honeymoon! Enjoy these few sneak preview images and I look forward to sending you your slideshow soon.

I’ve just spent the last hour trying to see if I can add in a video to the slideshow for Vicky and Chris’ wedding. I just can’t work it out. So, here is the little file I created that shows how much fun was had once the dancing commenced – makes me giggle every time!
